Transcript for "Goldcast Spotlight":
Hey, Courtney. Hey, everyone. Good to see y'all. We, got everyone. in person last week at Cvent Connect. I hope I saw some of you there in Nashville. AI was a wonderful time. I'm wearing my shirt. Show the world what events can do. It's It's a great time. Go look up the blog post for the rebrand. It was special stuff. How do you enjoy it, Courtney? was amazing. Watching the team do the brand flip in real time, was incredible. And I think there's either a blog post or video a behind the scenes, either out now or forthcoming. So definitely check that out because they that team, it was just a herculean effort. It was really, really cool to watch in person. Real inspiration. For those of you who don't know, Steven's colors used to be blue. Now they're green, black and AI, but more than that, a new brand promise to show the world what events can do, help marketers win outcomes around their events, drive revenue, make events more human in the era of AI, all values we support at Goldcast. So for those of you who are here for your repeat product spotlight experience, welcome back. Happy to to be here with you all. For those of you who are new, this is the event where we shine a spotlight on what the team has just released in the last quarter and give you a sneak peek into what's to come. For those of you who did attend Cvent CONNECT, either in person or on the live stream, you've got an even further sneak peek into where we're headed in the second half of the year. So I do encourage you to go look up those assets or ask for a sneak peek into the Brad map with your account management and product team. Thank you for being here today. We have time at the end for q and a. But if you are looking to get more involved with how to get the best out of Goldcast, how to use those features, drive the results you're looking for, the CTA we have here is to sign up for GoldMine, which is our event series Weber Britney and team walk you through tips and tricks and, best in class use cases for how to get the most out of Goldcast. Courtney, I believe we're gonna use the poll. You wanna show the poll? Let's do it. Alright. I'm gonna open up this poll. So please go ahead and respond. We'd love to know, how soon do you repurpose content after an event? Are you a same day kind of person? Are you immediately sharing? Are you hitting it within a Weber, keeping that interest live, maybe within a month, or are you rarely repurposing your events at all? Let's see. Some of the results are coming in. Alright. Looks like within a week is leading. These are Goldcast customers after all, so they have been learning, the best that ContentLab has to offer, but we know there are still some challenges. It still takes a lot of tools, teams, and time to get good video to market. We have more boats coming in for rarely repurposing. So if you're curious about how to get the most out of ContentLab, we're actually joined today by Preeti Mishra, our product manager on ContentLab. So you'll hear from Preeti later today. Feel free to ask some q and a questions about content repurposing. Yeah. You'll also notice some of hey, Preeti. Welcome to the stage. Hey, everyone. Thank you. Share a, little. bit more about, yourself. I'm Preeti, and I'm leading ContentLab. And all the exciting teachers we will see today, they have been worked by me and my design and engineering co partners. Yeah. Preeti is the expert on event repurposing. I'd also love for those of you who are repurposing and either hitting it same day or within the week, pop into the chat what the biggest, value add for your teams has been of being able to do that. I'd love for you guys to AI share. you also. share a little bit about how we use ContentLab during Cvent Connect? Yes. AI actually going to show them in the demo, but I can talk a little bit about it. So as you all know, it was an exciting in person Cvent, really energetic. What we also did is we used our RTMP in webinars to stream it into Goldcast, which meant that our DAMS didn't have to take the recording and then upload it and then wait for the processing to repurpose it. So it all happened automatically AI the event was live. We streamed it into Goldcast, got processed, and it was ready to repurpose to get repurposed in within an hour each of those sessions. So yeah. That's something you can also leverage, which we will see more in the demo. Very exciting stuff. I'm so excited to have you here today. And I noticed in chat, there's a few comments about some new features folks are noticing that are on display within this Goldcast event. You'll hear some of them from Courtney. You'll also see, some in the the lower AI, the expand and collapse sidebar. You'll notice them also with the layouts we're using. So keep an eye out, spot the difference, and pop it in chat if you see it. With that, I'm gonna share a little bit of what we had in store for y'all today. Preeti's space is missing from this slide, but I'm glad she's up on stage. You're hearing from those of us that lead the product team at Goldcast. Our agenda today is to share as we usually do, just to remind you all our product vision, why we're here to to help you all with your jobs as marketers. You'll hear some updates around stress free events, faster and more engaging video, some updates you might have missed that have already shipped, and what's coming next, ending with our q and a. So as you all know, demand starts with AI, not intent. Our rallying cry at Goldcast is to help you all build mind share with your audience through a event led growth flywheel around digital content. We believe that the fight today is for mind share for that part of your audience that is not in Mark so that you're on the vendor shortlist when they have a burning pain point to solve. That's when most people, come in when someone's expressing intent and try to win their business. But we believe through our experiences evaluating tools of our own, that the companies that have already built a brand, in that space are the known experts to come to, when you are in a pickle and need to evaluate a platform. So video, we believe, is the best way to win AI with an audience who's consuming your content. Video wins mindshare and by the transitive property, mindshare drive pipeline. We've seen great results for our customers. Video can 10 x your content strategy. And when you're doing the types of content that we and our customers do with live digital events, you get authentic human first content that you can repurpose that's on brand, inviting thought leadership experts, to engage with, the industry in chat and live on stage that can all be repurposed across channels. We all know that it's really hard to do that though today, so Goldcast is really intent on figuring out how to help those pain points around all the tools, teams, and time it takes to run events, run successful events, turn that into, channel optimized CONNECT, and, of course, LLM optimized content long form to host on demand on your site. We also have the recording studio, of course. It's one of our creation products. You can record great content AI customer testimonials and interviews. You can record prerecorded events. You can create that content live on stage as well as we're doing here today, and then use ContentLab and our suite of products to amplify that content and distribute it out to various channels to make the most of it. Beyond that, we're building the agentic foundation for video. You'll see some cutting edge tools on display from our team today, but you have our commitment that as we launch things like the AI editor, like our data tools, that we are working with the power of Cvent behind us to make sure that the processes we build for you help you take advantage of the most advanced workflows that save you cost and efficiency. And all that comes together into an end to end platform hubs. So we're building the connective tissue across all of that. What you're gonna see today falls into one of three themes for our road map. AI speak for the team when I share these themes. There is event operations, event production, and content creation and editing. AI wanna tell us a little bit more about event ops and event production, Courtney? You are speaking on mute, unfortunately. I see the little red icon. Thank you. We are really focused on Cvent ops in giving you all, tools for efficiency, being able to 10 x what you're able to do, individually and, to generate as much ROI as you can as a part. So you'll hear a little bit about some of our event ops projects. We'll be focusing on MCP creation, a little bit later today, give you a little sneak peek. For event production, you can see today, some of them that are coming live, but we're really focused on enhancing a couple of things. One is Hub, ability to have a incredibly slick, modern, engaging presentation experience for your attendees, as well as layering in additional opportunities for engagement, and the ability for you to drive, MQLs, drive those marketing qualified leads and generate that pipeline. So, a great example of that is adding in on demand polls and surveys to enable you to continue to drive that pipeline and potential revenue, throughout the life cycle of your events. And, yeah, lastly, content creation and editing. Preeti, do you wanna give us the top line there? Yes. So in content creation, we are really working on how we can leverage AI to help you repurpose your video faster and more easily so that you can use it across the Mark, whether it does your full video editing Ajith polish full video editing, which you're using for on demand webinars or short form content for your solutions. So that's the major theme, around which we have been releasing our features, and we continue to. Something exciting which is coming up, in the next quarter is highlight reels Correira we are again using AI to help you generate the highlight reels of a sixty minutes long video. And then in addition to that, we have also built features around how we can brand them more smartly without you having to do a lot of manual work. And you'll see some of the updates we've already done in the last quarter. Amazing. Alright. If you guys have questions about anything that you're seeing on the Brad map, please do drop them into q and a, and we will get to them a little bit later today. And I'm gonna kick us off with so today, you'll see, some demos, some behind the scenes information on some of the things we've released recently. The first one being creating on brand events faster. So not only are we creating, Cvent, but also content. You can use our universal brand kits across, event registration pages, Cvent stages, and clips and content, automatically. So I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen, just to show you a little bit of how Brad Kits work. So you can see here my Goldcast environment. Here on the left hand side, in the menu column, you're gonna see a new option called Brad kits. When you come mindshare, you have the opportunity to create as many brand kits as you like. So you might have an overarching company wide brand kit. You might have brand kits that are specific to other campaigns or events. And within a brand kit, you can incorporate your logos, your colors, typography, photography, your intro and outro videos for your Cvent, for your clips and content, various design elements. You can choose your border radius for, things like CTAs, and add in your brand voice and messaging for all of the written content that ContentLab generates for you after an event. Once you've filled in all of these pieces of content, you can then select your brand kit as the base to create a variety of different things. For example, in your event stage, you can, either design with AI and generate a few different options, of stage experiences, without having to kind of apply all of the elements individually. Or I'm just gonna hit cancel on this for just a second so you guys can see. Actually, I'm just gonna apply. Within the settings, you can choose your brand kit. Goldcast one twenty five is the one I selected. And now if I do go into tweak any of the elements, you can see that I will have the option of my brand kit colors that I've already selected right here to choose from. So you can you have this type of experience in your registration pages, your Cvent stage, as well as in your CONNECT lab, editing. So for example, if you're changing the color of this typography or the the font itself, you have that, option to select from. And it just helps you really align everything, from the beginning without having to reupload, reenter your hex codes, and do all of that manual work. Okay. Next up, we have another update on, Salesforce campaign creation. So we've released an enhancement that allows you to run repeatable events at scale without having to manually connect your Salesforce campaign every single time. So if you connect your Salesforce campaign to an event template Cheng, when you create an event from that template, Goldcast will automatically clone and link that corresponding campaign to that event. So just really streamlining and simplifying, your campaign creation process. And last up in our updates on event production, we have a few, updates to really make all of your events really highly engaging and impact for your attendees. One is, animated PowerPoints. We know that many of you and many of your presenters use, PowerPoints with various Integration, AI ins, other things. And now you can upload a PPTX file directly to Goldcast. It will process, and your animations will play on stage. So no need to have your speakers who are using PowerPoints mindshare screen anymore. We also have floating emojis, which I've seen, some of you in the audience use. At the bottom of your screen, you see the react button. You can hit an emoji. This is a great way to keep people engaged and to also give live feedback to your speakers of how certain points are landing for them. And lastly, our event layouts. I'm actually gonna share my screen, and I'm gonna do a little bit of what we like to call Goldcast, to show you guys what the layout experience actually looks like. Okay. Alright. We've got Goldcast. So this is my view as a presenter inside Goldcast. On the left hand side production menu, you can see down here, there's a button called layout. When I click layout, I have all of my options available. So you can see that I'm in PIP mode right now. I'm gonna go ahead and change my PIP from a circle to a rectangle, so you can see me in rectangle form now. And I can also change myself to shared fill. This gives your speaker a little bit more weight. Filmstrip is a little bit smaller of an option. And as you have more speakers joining the stage, they will stack up here. Or you could just have just the screen. And you can hear my voice over, but, I've removed myself to give the screen itself, like, the the, the shared screen more visibility to attendees. And just to give you, an example, you also have the ability to choose between fit and fill, when you have only speakers on stage. That, fill will allow the speakers to take up as much space as they possibly can on the stage. Fit will maintain a 16 by nine ratio. You also have the option to highlight your active speakers. You can see the orange border around me right now. I can turn that off if I prefer. I can round the corners of my video stream or square them, and I can remove the border. So that's just gonna move everything a little bit tighter. So those are some of the options that we have in our layouts. And as a, an additional enhancement, we've made the layouts publishable. So you as the producer, when you are changing around the layouts, no one is gonna see these changes that I'm making until I hit publish. So so this gives you the control as a producer to select the proper layout at the proper moment, and be able to Kimball tweak it, until you're ready to hit that publish button. Jay. And just as another call out or tip, we also are still maintaining our legacy layouts. So if you do have one of our older layouts that you still feel very passionately about, you can go ahead and click legacy layouts, and these are the the former options, that are still there. So we're gonna be evaluating if any of these are particularly popular with our, with our users, with you guys, and consider adding them back into the rotation, if they are getting high traction. So if you do try on an event, with these new layouts and you have a favorite, definitely let us know. Shoot your CSM and email. This these layouts are rolling out, to events over the next, three to four weeks. If you do want early access, definitely shoot your CSM and Emily, and we'll get you added to the list. Okay. That is, everything on event experiences. I am gonna turn it over to Preeti who's gonna come and share some updates about editing. Alright. Hi, Friget. Preeti, You're on mute. you can't hear us, you're also on mute. Oh, okay. Thanks, guys. Alright. Kelly start over again. So, yeah, I'm going to walk you through all of the updates we Amy made in the last quarter. Most of them are, more editing controls so that you can, repurpose your videos easily in CONNECT lab. So I will share my screen and talk to the dates. Let's do it. Alright. So the first one is audio controls. So, if you go to any video, full video or clips, you will see the audio settings, on the AI here. What this allows you to do is adjust the speaker volume. So each individual speaker, you can toggle the volumes really easily using the slider. This helps you, adjust the volume that if some speakers speaking low and then someone is speaking very high, you can manually adjust it and make a polish Cheng or video. Or if you want to mute a speaker altogether, we have also added that ability. So this is one of our first features as, we try to build more on the audio editing AI, and this is AI for everyone. Coming up, next is Dead Space Renewal. Again, if you go to any full video or clip, you will see that we have, started, showing the dead space on the transcript, which is easy Kelly easy to point out. And then it also takes care of AI, like, as little as below five hundred milliseconds. And you can just, with the click of a button, get rid of these dead spaces. So AI all will rip remove all the dead spaces. And then as you hear through the video, you can restore a few if you feel that the cut is very harsh. But we have given an easier way to do a bulk delete and then restore one by one. You could also choose to do it individually using the single AI option. Okay. And next, we have, video splits. This is also AI for everyone. This tag you see, we have a beta tag here as we work through some improvements. What this allows you to do is you can easily split your videos into different segments, and you have more editing control over each of these segments. And you can also reorder them and create your own narrative. This helps you, again, create engaging videos, pull pull any engaging moment, to the start of the clip. We also have a feature called as hook, which basically takes any segment and adds to the start of the clip. It will not remove it from the clip itself, but it then adds the hook as a starting point, so that audience are more engaged as they hear the first few sentences from the clip. So it's really easy to pull. So if you know a quote which will make it very attractive for the audience, you can just pull that and add as if it will add it to the start of the clip. This also lets you play around with the video and, you know, manually create a highlight reel. And as we move forward, we will have this auto generated using our AI so that whatever you are seeing Jay do now, AI can do it for you for a full video. It can pick those segments, key moments, and spin up a highlight reel for you, and then you can review it and edit it. So that's what we are going to, release as part of the highlight reels in the next quarter. Okay. What else? Yeah. And another important update which we started with, like, how did we repurpose our in person sessions, during this event CONNECT? I'm going to hop on to this video. Okay. I hope my screen is still visible. Alright. So, for usually, for our RTMP or, AI prerecorded events, we don't have a lot of layout options. But, last, yeah, few weeks back, we have released an update wherein you will see all the layout options for our RTMP or AI videos too. So earlier, they used to just have original and audio audiogram, but now we are processing these videos, doing Burg facial rec, on the back end, which gives you the power of these layouts. You can easily, use all of these full screen, picture and picture. Basically giving you the same speaker layout, ability what you used to have in live events. And this is what we had, also used in all of our connect events. So if I go mindshare, AI I'm just going to filter by recording. All of these sessions you see Weber actually in person sessions, and we created, an RTMP in session and Goldcast through which we streamed it into our library and the we had our videos processed, which gave you access to all the school layouts so that the content can be repurposed. Here is another one. Yeah. So if you earlier, it just used to be, possible to have it how the original video is captured. But with this layout feature, you can easily focus on the individual speaker or go on a grid mode. If there are multiple speakers, then you can have them side by side. Yeah. So if there are two speakers and I am on the full screen, the active speaker mode, it automatically detects who is the speaker talking at the Cvent. And once you apply the layout, it shifts the focus into that. If you find that the, crop is not very good, we can also we also allow you to manually adjust it so that it fits in well within the frame. So, yep, those are some of the dates we have released in the last Patterson. And as we continue to improve, we are also bringing this layout all the layouts we Sam, full screen Group. All of this is also going to be available for your full videos. AI? AI. Just while you're on with me, Preeti, I'm gonna switch us to fit layout just so everyone can also see it. This is Phil. So we're. taking the stage as we can, and I'm gonna switch us to fit. And now you can see we are back in 16 by nine. So just to show that for everyone. Okay. Great. Let's take a look at, some of our other updates, that are coming, that are actually live now. We have the ability to ban attendees from inside the event experience. You can click on a user's, avatar, and you will have an a new option that will allow you to immediately ban them. So you don't have to go to the studio, to take that action. We've also added, event nicknames in the studio. So if you have, like, an internal name or code for an event, you can go ahead and add that, to be able to improve searchability and organization. What else? Video transcripts. Yeah. So we have also CONNECT Hub used to do transcription for a specific set of languages, usually English and other European languages. AI. And in the last quarter, we have also expanded this to more Asian languages. So if you're recording or uploading a video in, say, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, we now support all of these Asian languages for transcription. So you can repurpose any of your content in these Asian languages too. And another update on CONNECT AI is also that, content lab is now natively available for all the EU customers. Earlier, we did not have the repurposing ability for EU customers, But right now, it's live, and all of our EU customers can use ContentLab and repurpose content. And lastly, we on, recording studio, we've added a few, safety layers and double checks to ensure that speakers who do have the capability to record in ten eighty p are being recorded in ten eighty p. So you'll see a new update if you are recording in recording studio. You'll see a visual indicator on the screen of what resolution you are currently being recorded in. So that is an exciting one. Alright. And a few updates on, some of the features that are coming down the AI, that we wanna get that we're excited about, we wanna get you guys excited about. One is, AI catch me up summaries. So this, feature is actually in beta right now. We've enabled it for this Cvent. So shameless plug. There is a circular catch up button at the bottom of your, Goldcast screen right now. And what it does is it it generates a concise AI summary of everything that in the event that has been covered so far. So it gives people the opportunity to, maybe if they're joining late, really get up to speed. It also surfaces a rolling summary of content, so the attendee can re anchor. And, also, they can go ahead and grab that summary. So instead of just Kimball, like, taking a screenshot or, like, jotting down notes themselves, they can have a really clean, clear, summarized, few talking points, of what was covered during the session. So lots of use uses for, catch up. As I mentioned, it is currently in beta. It will be pulling out to GA very shortly. And so if you're interested in joining the beta, definitely go ahead and reach out to your CSM. As we were talking about, efficiency and enhancements, one of our other really exciting projects that we're working on is the Goldcast MCP. So what the Goldcast MCP is going to allow you to do is connect your instance of Goldcast to your instance of an AI, tool software of choice. We have a few value props that we are exploring, and all of these are gonna be able to help you simplify every stage of your event life cycle, create ROI faster with less effort. So the first area that we are working towards is event orchestration, allowing you to create an event, edit event, update event from, the AI software of your choice, or your approved AI software tool. So I have an example to show you guys. Actually, maybe I'll just summarize all of the value props, and then I'll show you guys what they look like, in practice. So first, we have event orchestration. So for example, you can take an event brief that's in, like, a word doc or a file. You can drop it in, to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etcetera, and it will create an event in your Goldcast instance for you. No need to log in. No need to access Goldcast at all. The event will be generated, with the proper sessions, speakers, staff, and agenda. So it really helps you reduce your manual setup Workhuman. It allows you to help you scale operationally, without adding any additional overhead. The second, area that we are working on right now is event data and insights. We have heard you, and a lot of the feedback that we get is that reporting is very challenging. It takes a lot of time. It takes effort. You have to get all the information out of Goldcast. You have to put it into a consumable, report for either your, leadership or your speakers, or whoever the audience is that you're sharing it with. So connecting your event data to, your AI software tool will allow you to pull all of this information, and generate these reports really quickly. But even beyond that, it will allow you to analyze what drove your registrations, your engagement, your conversions across all of your channels and accounts. It'll help you target hot leads. And if you're able to layer in your CRM data, if you also have that connected to your AI tool, you can track pipeline driven by from events. You can target your top accounts based on ARR, and you're able to really help sales and marketing act on high intent signals, before, during, and after your events. And the third value prop is, content creation. So what we were talking about in our poll up at the top, many of you are still not repurposing your content at all, and it can be such a Brown for you to be able to continue to drive ROI from the content that you are generating, every time you run a webinar. So what the first iteration of this project is gonna allow you to do is connect your event transcript into your AI software and generate clips, blogs, social posts, assets, which you can layer with, like, for example, Claude Kelly, based in your, your brand voice, your AI all of your Brad compliance information, your ICP, your audience targets, and layer all of that into the development. And that will just help you extend every Cvent, into your follow-up, your nurture campaigns, ABM, and distributing that content, externally Weber it'll continue to drive, ROI for your team. So I'm just gonna show you a really quick example of a couple of these. Let's see. So I am working in Claude. Alright. So you can see here, in this example, I've given it the name of an event that was run-in Goldcast, and I've I've asked for a breakdown of the registrations. So this is a great tool to kind of run a summary of your registrants. This is something that you could share with your leadership. You can share this with sales teams to help them prep and understand who to target for an event that's coming up, as well as share with your speakers so that they know who is going to be in the audience, at their end. Second example is that setup experience that I was talking about. So I dropped in an event brief. The event brief is just a doc that I've outlined with my team that has kind of all the information about the event campaign that's being Brown. And Claude was able to create this exact event in Goldcast for me with the correct name, date, speakers, staff. There was even an issue, with some of the information that it flagged for me so that I know to go back and fix that up in the Goldcast Cast UI. In the future, you'll also be able to, control registrants from here, update Cvent settings, update the agenda, content, everything like that. And then lastly, this is an example of, we generated content, from an event and also layered it with skills that we have, in terms of Cvent voice and branding and Goldcast voice and branding. So we generated here a LinkedIn post, a blog post, and a follow-up email, which, of course, all of this is also available to be generated in Goldcast ContentLab. But if you're already you have all those skills set up by your team, and if you are primarily working in AI software and tools, you don't have to interrupt that flow to, go into your, Goldcast instance itself. So all of these are in development right now. They're gonna be coming to beta, very soon. So if you're interested, we'd love to hear more from you about how you envision using and developing workflows like these with your AI AI software tools, what you're already doing, what you wanna be able to do. So definitely reach out and let us know. Okay. Let's I'm just gonna do a quick time check. Let's check some q and a and answer some of your questions. Let's see. Alright. Hey, team. I'm so impressed. with everything that the team has continued to ship Cvent while we had our big conference. Allow me to to praise you two and the teams. It's been really fun to be backstage at this event and see everyone engaging with the tools in the event app. It's fun. We're not slowing down. We keep building. Absolutely. Let's see. What questions have come in first? What does MCP stand for? Great question. It. stands for model context protocol. It essentially is a fancy schman's way to say, connecting information from a platform into an AI software tool. You can think of it similarly to an API, but it tends to layer on more skills, and tooling around instead of just the basic data that you might pull through an API. Okay. Next, we have a question on live reactions. The question is, has there been discussion to have live reactions uplift popular parts of the video? And, yes, absolutely. We are definitely gonna be exploring the opportunity to take the reactions to use them as essentially a bellwether and, use them to generate clips. So definitely stay tuned for that. Alright. We've got a couple of questions on layouts. One is when are they releasing? Layouts are gonna be rolling out to percentages VOK customers across the next three to four weeks. If you want early access, definitely shoot your CSM and email. And can we build these into Burg of show? Great question. We're gonna be exploring adding layouts, into run of show, next year. We're also gonna be considering adding a fuller production control layer where not only can you select a layout, but you can also essentially, like, pre build a scene with certain speakers, certain content, and then immediately publish that to the stage. So more of a, like, full production tool. What else? Alright. And another, question about layouts, about stage versus recording studio. Also a great question. Right now, layouts are gonna be rolling out across live events. These, layouts are also going to be rolling out to recording studio as well as content lab, throughout the rest of the year. So definitely stay tuned, for new layouts being aligned across all Goldcast properties. Q and a is still open for a little bit if anyone wants it. I feel like Weber, AI hosting there are quite a few people in the audience, so I feel like, we gotta give some gold stars to Danielle and Sarah for all their engagement today. Thank you so much. It's been so fun to see reactions and questions. AI figure with a little bit of extra time, if someone's coming up with a question, I could show a couple demos that you saw Courtney and Preeti mentioned today that the team has recorded. One is for the, CPE, and the other is for BDR Copilot. So I'm since we're done a little early, if you wanna pop more questions into q and a, you can AI I'm showing you. But to start, I'm gonna share a little demo of, CPE. So I'm gonna start the demo over again. You can see you're going into the certificate builder here. You can set up the criteria based on a number of factors, including time spent in the event, polls answered. You can add more criteria. You can set the exact amount and the credit amount. You can then select the type of certificate, the Emily, you can review and confirm that, and attendees will be issued that certificate for their attendance. So there's lots of fun that marketers can have with this, beyond highly regulated industries, that have this type of functionality as part of their ongoing programming. I worked for a company called Drift Weber they issued conversational marketing certifications as part of their ongoing marketing development to train up marketers in the skills that were required to, launch chatbots and playbooks on your website. So there's also creative campaigns you can do, with continuing education and certifications. There's another demo I wanted to give you, thank you to the team who recorded these, of a feature we just actually went into design for last month. The team already has this in development for you all, and there's some early excitement around it to help BDRs, who are live in an event, prospect. So it came from our own customer or our own marketing team's playbook. We used to give our BDR teams a lot of information linked up to the CRM for who was gonna be in the event. The conversations that happen in event, the questions asked, the engagement moments, those are things that make it a good opportunity to understand why someone might be interested before having that conversation. But if they are interested and they do wanna book a meeting in the event, that's attributed back to the event, and that's all linked right in the BDR Copilot. So that, of course, will require us to make sure we can get your BDRs into the events without adding extra Goldcast licenses. I know some of those teams are pretty huge. But we've had a lot of success with that playbook running it manually, so we thought we'd productize it, help you all drive more pipeline straight from your pipeline generating events. Great place to interact with customers, try to replicate that in person momentum and engagement that happens at field events. Glad AI happy for that. and I just saw another question come into q and a about roundtables. So another great, feature experience that we are currently, moving into design on. So if you have previously had a discovery conversation with our team about roundtables, you may have the opportunity to participate in our design process, give us feedback as we iterate, to make make this use case come alive in Goldcast. And for those of you who haven't heard about it yet, we are working on expanding Goldcast use case coverage to incorporate more of a what we're calling roundtable, or collaborative or flexible experience where all of the speakers, presenters, and attendees can come into Goldcast and be on camera and on microphone together at the same time. They it really just giving everyone the opportunity to have that, more intimate conversation space without having to set up a more formal rooms structure as you might be used to, in a larger Goldcast event. So if you do have a use case or an event that you might consider moving, from somewhere else to Goldcast, if we were able to add this use case, definitely let us know. We'd love to have you participate in the design process. And, yeah, right now that feature would be able to go up to a 125 participants on camera, at one time. Yes. Great question, Finally. Britney. Will there be an attendee limit? So, technically, a 125 people would be our max of people on camera and mic at the same time, in one session. If anyone above that one twenty five joins, they would be in a an audience spot or, like, a listen only spot. And we're currently investigating what the experience might be for you as a producer to, promote people to a camera position, remove people, adjust the views of who's in the room. So a lot to learn, and a lot more to explore on that. Really good stuff, team. We have one more question from Danielle about documentation around MCPs, so she can get the process approval process started on her end. What would you recommend for people who wanna start looking into this, Courtney, but are still Kimball figuring out what it might look like on their end? Yeah. Absolutely. So first of all, we would love to learn from your InfoSec team what are the most important questions that they would have if they were evaluating us. So if your team has performed an evaluation on other similar tools or connectors, we we'd love to hear from them about what they need to know from us. We are gonna be developing documentation that you can share, but we do wanna make sure that it is comprehensive and answering the questions, that they need to define. And, of course, it will cover, authentication and security topics, most specifically as well. And, Courtney, when you demoed MCP, did you DAMS, I forget, the create event from brief? Mhmm. Yeah. It's really powerful stuff. If you've ever dreamed of just being able to take that event brief that you have, that you've already spun up with your goals for your session and speaker info and have the event magically created in Goldcast. This is. what agents are for. So definitely do reach out to the the team, if you're interested in that. Apparently, Danielle said that her team is on it. Stay tuned. She they approved the AI CONNECT Lab features. So, you know, just wanna make sure with more of that data going to an external source, like you said, you use Gemini, AI, but we've done a lot of testing in Claude. We wanna make sure it's all prepped and ready for your info InfoSec team. There was one more from AI here, sharing more about the Claude skills we demoed during this session. So, for those who are picking up interest, what's the best CTA, Courtney, for them to learn more or get early access? Yeah. Absolutely. Reach out to your CSM. Let them know you wanna get added to the shortlist, as we will be doing a closed beta, so an invitation only beta to start. So definitely reach out to your CSM if you have Integration we can get you added to that list. Wonderful. I'm keeping an eye on that q and a if there's anything else, but really, really excellent stuff, team. Thank you to our customers and our customer teams who join us here for our quarterly spotlight. We have a lot more to show you next quarter as we go. And if you're interested in getting in on these features you saw today, check out the newsletter, check out, the release notes that get published. Check out talk to your CSM about what's available in your account now or how to get in on the beta. Thank you, Kayla. Thank you, Sarah, Danielle, Ayanna, everyone who participated and engaged today. And, of course, thank you to Preeti Preeti, Courtney, and AI, who's backstage. Our team has been rock stars getting ready for this event, shipping a lot of great new stuff AI also getting in person to Cvent Connect last week. Lots of great stuff happening in this Cvent and Goldcast Worldwide, and happy to be here with you all. So can't believe it'll be just like that till next time. Any parting words from you, Preeti and Courtney? Yeah. Thanks so much for everyone participating, and reach out to your CSM. Let them know if you have interest in some of these features coming up. Yeah. We're excited to hear from you. Yep. And anyone who who is not doing highlight Kelly or want to know more about highlight fields, connect with your CSM, and we can get on a call together. See you soon again. Getting stuff. AI team. Thanks, everyone.
