Transcript for "The Goldies": Hello. Hello. And welcome to the Goldie's twenty twenty six. I'm Emily Sullivan, and I'm part of the customer success team here at Goldcast. And I am so happy that you're all here. And I'm Caleb Conrad, also joining from the customer success team here at Cvent, Goldcast by Cvent. Emily, we've been looking forward to this all year. Same. For anyone just joining us, the Goldies is our celebration of the customers doing the most creative, impactful work in webinars and we. wanna be clear. These aren't just trophies today. Every winner is going to leave you with something that you can use, a tactic, a workflow, or a lesson that you can take back to your teams right after this session. So here's how the next hour works. We have seven categories from program of the year all the way to event of the year. For each one, we'll meet the nominees, then reveal the winner, sometimes with a little help from a special guest. And then we're gonna bring the winner up on stage for just one question. So winners, get ready to select your raise your hand button so you can share with the group today exactly how you pulled off the win. And in between, we'll have three marketer of the year moments with quick tips from our honorees at Yext, Pixels, and Ramp. So if you're watching along, drop your congratulations and your biggest takeaways in the chat. I'm already loving the messages popping off already. And check out the docs tab to read up on keynotes about the strategy behind the successes from many of our nominees and brands this year. Alright. Enough from us. Now let's get to the gold. To kick off this year's award show, we're starting with program of the year. This award is focused on a series that keeps compounding, a webinar series, podcast, or recurring event with real audience growth over time. So let's see who's nominated. Congratulations to all of our nominees. But to announce our winner for program of the year, our first award for this year's Goldies, let's hear a quick word from a customer success manager here at GoldCast, Chris. When I think of a webinar program that includes a strong series full of meaningful content and consistently strong audiences, no other program comes to mind than what's new in Wrike. In case that title didn't serve as a spoiler, I am pleased to announce the 2026 Goldie Ford program of the year to Wrike. As Wrike's aligned customer success manager from Goldcast, I have the difficult task of trying to advise improvement on a webinar program that is already paving the way, but I'm just thankful to witness it all firsthand. Congratulations to Wrike for winning program of the year. And we are lucky enough today to be joined by Melissa. Melissa from Wrike is here today to celebrate this win as a Goldie Winder number one for 2026. Melissa, come on up and join us on stage. While Melissa gets on stage, thank you, Chris, for announcing that winner. Melissa, hello. Hello. Oh my gosh. my question. I can't. believe it. Thank you so much. Congratulations. What a what a lineup of contestants to be up against. I can't believe it. I've never won anything so cool before. Thank you. Super excited. You're very welcome. We're honored to be in your presence today. So I have one question for you. What made you commit to this as an ongoing series, instead of a one off? And what changed in terms of program success once you did? Yeah. I love that question. We get asked that a lot here at Wrike as well. Hello, everyone. Just a quick introduction. I'm Melissa Kovac. I run our wonderful virtual events global program. Thanks to Goldcast, couldn't do it without couldn't do it without the platform, of course. It makes me look easy. It makes it look so easy and makes my job easy. If you haven't heard of Wrike, I've been at Wrike for almost four years now. We're celebrating our twentieth birthday next month, so we've been around for a minute. We are a work management platform that just simply helps teams plan and track and deliver their work in one centralized place, kind of just like Goldcast. From everyone, from a five person marketing team to global enterprise teams across commercial industries. And when I get asked this question a lot, honestly, Wrike ships so many new features every single month. I don't know that product road map can be any more packed every month. And a one off webinar two years ago when we first started kinda testing the waters with what's new in Wrike as a live series. You know, out of the date that after it airs, we do a big launch event. We get a nice spike and then crickets. I mean, we've all probably been there. Right? And it's really demoralizing. But customers were missing out on so many great updates within our platform that could make their lives even more easier, that should have saved them hours in every week. And we kept starting from zero, and that's just really flatlined, you know. So, you know, I kind of just went with the wind and picked a rhythm, and I kinda stuck to it just to see if it worked. You know, same week, same format every month, even in August when half of our audience was at the beach. I noticed that three things really, really have changed over the last, what, twenty three, twenty four months that the program has been live. Twenty two of those have been within Goldcast. Is I like to say it's consistency that's persistent or consistency that has built a habit. People stopped asking whether, you know, we'd be there. They just knew that we were, and they kept coming back even though I kept joining the live stage mute every single time. But that's where my next point comes into play is we got to be more human in all of this. We sell software. It's hard to make that sound sexy or fun at the end of the day. Let's let's be real. But when you start to show up every month, you can't really hide behind a nice, polished, perfectly sounding script. One of our co hosts, who helped build this program from our solutions team, Tai, he he leads the team over on that side of things, and he became kind of my co host in that familiar face every month, for better and worse, for all for all intents and purposes. You know, going live is always a little bit stressful for somebody who has to provide a live demo. But, you know, we were human throughout the whole thing and we remain that way. Our customers really started showing up with questions before we even went live. My girl band Craziers makes me think of... We have standing room only a lot of times, so it's it's a really good feeling. And most importantly, last but not least, is our customers always our hero. And we stopped presenting like Ben Stein, no offense to Ferris Bueller's day off, but we wanted to bring some personality to to our product because there's a lot of really great people that build it, and they don't get a lot of FaceTime. So having that regular newscast style, persistent consistency, don't say that 10 times fast, really kind of turned what would be normal release note into something that people actually use every single day. And I think the most surprising part of it is that the series hasn't won, you know, because, of any one particular episode. It was won because none of them were ever skipped. Some days we have a greater, some months we have wonderful turnout, some months are a little slower, we just keep going. And so the lesson for me is that whatever type of series you're looking to run, a one off gets attention, sure, but it's a series that earns that trust, and it's that trust that that helps, it's that trust is what grows our accounts and our relationships with our customers. Such great points, Melissa. Consistency over Flash always wins the day. Thank you so much for this. Your passion, thank your. event program you so much. shines, of course. Over to you, Emily. Thanks, Caleb. And next, we've got our first of three marketer of the year moments to share with you all. Our 2026 marketers of the year join us from Yext, Pixels, and Ramp. So we invite up Chris Wingo to raise his hand to be brought on stage, and he's gonna be sharing a b two b marketing tip. Hey, Chris. Hey. How's it going? Good. Long time no see. For those who don't know, Chris is... I I get the privilege to work with Chris every day. Congratulations. So excited to see you on stage with me. So naturally, we heard you have some awesome tips for the audience today. So I wanted to pass it over to you to share some of your tips from your experience with the webinar programming. Absolutely. I feel a little, underdressed. I should've... I opted for the, like, tech tuxedo T shirt today, so I'm very sure you got it for the the real tux. But, my tip that I was gonna share, today was to keep your topics very, timely and niche. And one of the things we've found this year is that keeping those topics very, like, niche and specific is getting us better sign ups and also getting us the right people in seats. So an example of that would be... I think we all know and feel that AI has basically taken over this year. And, one of the things that we noticed is if we were saying something along the lines of, like, AI and accounting or AI and accounts payable, if we specify to the AI tool specifically, so if we said, like, chat g p t and accounting, we got higher registration rates and, better quality attendees. And so, that's a tip that I'd leave everybody with. And, obviously, like, AI is bit of a a horse race right now. One pulls ahead, and then one model pulls ahead, and then another one pulls ahead. And that's, like, a great opportunity to capitalize on, whichever one is in vogue, so to speak. Hope that's the right term for this occasion. Yeah. And I think that's so helpful to know, especially when it terms of getting the right people in the right seats. Using those detail oriented titles and topics is so... Is such a critical point to really make sure we're getting in front of the right audiences for the webinar program. So thank you so much for that. I feel like that's a really great takeover... Take, takeaway. And, of course, especially with AI being a point of focus as well. I know that's on everyone's mind right now. Thank you so much, Chris. We really appreciate it, and congratulations again. Absolutely. Thanks all. Thanks so much. Thank you, Chris. For our next award, we're talking content multiplication. This award is going to a team that turns one event into a full content machine. I'm talking clips. I'm talking blogs. I'm talking social and YouTube and everything else in between. Watch this video to see who's going for the gold this time. It's official. Congratulations to Great Place to Work. You are taking home the gold this year for content repurposing and Genet events, and we have here a congratulatory note from your CSM, Will. And I believe Rosheen is here in the crowd today. Rosheen, will you please join us on stage? Yes. Absolutely. Can you hear me okay? Yes. We can. Congratulations. Oh, thank you. We're so excited you you. so much, and thanks to William, has been a wonderful customer success adviser. This is huge for us. Thank you so much, Goldcast. Thanks for putting on this event. And thank you to the people on my team who are sitting backstage in a Teams meeting watching. They are truly the great people behind the great work. And I think, you know, thank you to Goldcast because what's been really meaningful about this award is, like, it captures this journey that we've been on over the last year at Great Place to Work. So we're truly honored to be here. We love to hear that and love the love the shout out to the team joining in as well. So we have... We are we are excited to know the inside scoop. So we're wondering what changed when you stop thinking about events as webinars and started thinking about them as content engines? Yes. So to answer your question, I kinda have to back up a little in the way back when machine because we've always had fantastic in person events. Our For All Summit and our team that drive that and the teams that drive our leadership events produce amazing in person experiences. And so those have brought people together very inspirationally. They challenge thinking. They create meaningful conversations. But for years, we kinda struggled to recreate that same level of engagement and excitement and experience in a digital environment. So we definitely started our journey this year with Goldcast, and we did not start with a mature digital event program, but we did start with an idea. So we started with the idea that digital events could be and actually needed to be way more than just the traditional webinars. And we really needed a partner that could help us create that experience that felt, you know, interactive, engaging, that helped us capture the value of the conversation so that we could scale beyond kind of our in person events and also beyond just a one touch webinar. And that's where you all became such, like, an incredible partner for us this year. So fast forward, we're here a year later, one year with Goldcast, one year with our digital event portfolio. We've built a full funnel portfolio from the ground up. So we serve our prospects, customers, executives, partners. And as a result along this journey, we've actually created a brand new revenue pipeline channel for our business, which has been super impactful and very important for our business overall. We've proven that digital events can really drive business impact when they're kinda connected to that broader business strategy. But the shift wasn't... To answer your question, Emily, that's the the context. Wasn't the number of events that we ran or, you know, the ideas. It was actually how we started thinking about them as a content engine. So we stopped seeing them, you know, in the traditional sense of a one hour experience looking at attendees and registrants, and we started seeing them as the beginning of a much larger journey. So the event became the source material, one kind of customer conversation with those mic drop moments that you only get when you're human. Somebody mentioned from Wrike the human aspect is so important. And those mic drop moments that come when you can interact with people, they've become blogs, video clips, social content. They've also created sales enablement materials and, like, talk tracks and proof points. We've been able to kind of create follow-up with our customers and a library of on demand educational pieces that can help further the business. So that engagement has helped our sales and customer success teams have better conversations overall. And so the content that came from an event is working long after one live event ends, and it starts to ultimately then contribute to pipeline and revenue, which we all know is very important. And so that's been our biggest takeaway for the year. It's like the event itself is not the destination. It's actually the starting point for something that can grow. So we stopped... You know, we don't... We never actually just measured success by attendance and registration. We started looking from the very beginning about content that can be created, the engagement that Goldcast allows where we can really track all of those analytics and fast forward to... Forward those to our sales conversations so that they can follow-up on kind of interested parties. The business impact has been so much more than just a webinar. So our events have become, you know, a content engine, but they've also become a revenue engine. So that's that's really been able to prove out this concept that we had that, like, your events are not just a one and done. So thank you so much again. I have to say a huge congratulations to the team for their contributions and also to you at GoldPASS for this opportunity. Thank you so much, Roshan. And I love that point too that it's it's not just a single day. It's how we repurpose the content and continue to use it to our advantage for pipeline. So thank you so much. Again, we really appreciate that insight. And I'll pass it over to Caleb as we move on to our next category. Thank you, Roshine. Thank you, Emily, and welcome, everybody, to our third category for today. We are recognizing the programs that impacted revenue the closest. This is pipeline created. This is pipeline influenced, conversion that increased, and deals that accelerated too. Take a look at the nominees for this year's pipeline impact award now. We have such impressive programs across the board as you can see from our nominees, but we do have a special guest here to announce the winner for the Pipeline Impact Award. Erica Mills, can you join us on stage? As Erica comes up on stage, she's one of our customer success managers here at Goldcast. Oh, no. I think we're getting a note that she may have been she may have, been grabbed away for a second. As a customer success manager, naturally, we know that our clients come first. So I will have the privilege of announcing the winner. Oh, here we go. Erica, I'm so sorry. I almost took your moment. Over, to you. okay. Sorry for the delay, y'all. I just wanna say congratulations to the Intuit team on earning the pipeline impact award. They've been a customer since 2024. And as your CSM, thank you for showing what a focused data driven program can deliver. Since last year, Intuit generated 3,400 hand raisers, 668 clean acquisition leads, contributing in over 31,000 in acquisition sales and 17 new customers. With attendance up a 129% year over year and a stellar 64% attendance rate, your team paired exceptional scale with a clear impact on pipeline. Way to go, Tracy and team. Wow. Fantastic. Those are some insanely impressive stats, Erica. Thanks for sharing. Let's see if Tracy is around to join us on stage. Tracy, come on up. We'd love to hear a little bit more from you on this. Thank you, Erica. Hi, there. welcome. Hi there. Congratulations. This is so exciting. Thank you so much for recognizing our team and to, huge thanks actually out to Joel and Erica on being our fabulous, account team to help make all of this happen. Couldn't, you're very lucky. without them or without our team. You're very lucky to have them on your team. Congratulations again. So on behalf of the crowd, we all have to know, walk us through the number that got sales' attention for the Intuit team. How did you track it? How did you prove it? Yeah. That's a great question. So, really, the the number that got sales attention was just the number of hand raisers or requests for sales consultations and demos that came from our events, whether it was a webinar or a virtual conference. Prior to Goldcast, all of... Everything that education generated towards sales was very manual, and it kinda got lost in the shuffle. And so what we were able to do with the Goldcast platform is integrate it with the rest of our tax... Tech stack. So, in ten days and registrants with all their information and engagement from the events automatically flowed through to Eloqua and down to Salesforce. So we're able to not just say, hey. This person attended and they want a sales demo, but we're also able to recognize, hey. This person isn't part of our universe. Let's add them to top of funnel campaigns automatically. Let's, get them over to sales, and sales now knows what they attended, and they know that it came from education. So they... We're able to give them rich information to have the right conversation with the customer. And with a team of three, automation and integration was key. So that really, that's really what helped drive the numbers and the attention sales. Wow. That is really awesome. Thank you, Tracy, for sharing that, especially with the team of three. So, so impressive. And we all know integration automation is obviously so pivotal. So we're so happy to hear that you've had success both with your Goldcast partners and with the platform in in that. So thank you so much for. sharing. We're excited to see where it takes us next. Thanks a lot. Thank you. you. We are too. Alright. So now we're actually heading into the second half of our award categories for today. And next, we will have the brand experience award. Over to you, Caleb. you, Emily. For award category number four, like Emily mentioned, we're on to brand experience. So for this category, we looked at events that didn't feel so b to b. The design, the polish, the... Wait. This is a webinar? Kinda like today. That factor? That's what we're looking for. So check out a few sneak peeks at some of our events from our nominees. And to announce our winner today, we thought none other than their customer success manager, Chris, should be the first to congratulate them. Let's roll the clip. Your marketing strategy is only as good as how memorable your brand is for your target audience. That sentiment perhaps powers the thoughtful and strategic approach for this year's winner of the Goldie for brand experience. This organization segments the branding color of each of their campaigns based on the corresponding business unit while also relying heavily on achieving consistency by leveraging carefully branded templates. This organization has mastered keeping things consistent enough to notice a theme all while magnifying diversity across the look and feel of their webinars. Join me in congratulating Rubrik as the winner of the twenty twenty six Brand Experience Goldie. Congratulations to the Rubik team. And I do believe Hannah is here from the Rubik team to accept the win. Hi. Hannah, welcome. Congratulations. Thank you so much. Yeah. This is so exciting. We're so happy to have you here and so thankful you're able to come up on stage and share with us. So tell us. We we have to know. We would love to know one design choice that made a big impact without coming at a high price. Yeah. 100%. So thanks again. We're so excited. So for sure, it'd be the decision to treat the whole experience as one system from registration to the event itself. Every asset a registrant saw from the landing page, emails, event stage, session slides, we use the same design language, so it felt like one continuous experience. And at Rubrik, we have core campaign pillars. And to serve those, we developed kind of bold spicy colors so people could instantly recognize what type of content they were about to see. Yeah. But every color stayed within our core brand with the same typography, layout, and tone. So that consistency made the event feel incredibly polished and intentional as it gave attendees, like, a clear cohesive experience from the first email they opened to the last session they attended. And even more importantly, it let us scale. So we run a high quantity of events that we can't build new branding for every session. So now we lean on this sophisticated system, which means better output, more efficient operations while maintaining our brand integrity. So... But I would be remiss to not thank the team behind the strategy and execution of the program. So Daniella, Ben, Gareth, Connor, Chase, and Ed, thank you so much because bringing this to life takes, like, daily discipline and commitment. And thank you to Chris and to Goldcast. You guys are amazing partners. Thanks so much, Hannah. That is so helpful, and we love to hear about that brand consistency. It sounds so seamless from start to finish. So that is really awesome to hear and definitely taking notes over here. Alright. Now we have the privilege to move on to our next marketer moment. That's right. We've got our second marketer of the year moment to share with you all. As a reminder, our twenty twenty six marketers of the year join us from Yext, Pixels, and Ramp. Alexandra from Pixels is here now to share a b to b marketing tip. Alexandra, come on up with Emily and I. Hello. Good to see you. Hello. Good. to be here. Thanks for thanks for joining. Yes. We are very fortunate today to have Alexandra walk us through her event promotion playbook, and we're all looking forward to hearing and seeing a little bit more from what you have to share with us today. Yeah. And, for a change, this is a virtual event promotion playbook because apart from really rocking it with in person events, we're doing amazing job as a team with our virtual event programs. And this year, we've really polished and, kinda made our promotion superior from where I look at it. I really think we're doing an amazing job. And it's not like we're using some secret channels. No. It's email, organic LinkedIn, paid LinkedIn, personal outreach, but there are secret secret ingredients to each of them. So let's start with email. We're sending four invites in total and one of the keys is segmentation, right? The whole list, only the openers who haven't registered. Again, the whole list and here comes the secret ingredient. The fifteen minutes before the start email for everyone who has opened the previous ones but haven't registered, honestly, does wonders. Yeah. We got really a lot of good registrations. Look. Everybody is busy. Everybody forgets to sign up. How many events and webinars you thought of? Like, oh, that's nice, but then never got to registration. Plus, we are doing a mix of nicely designed marketing emails and plain text, really raw and authentic. Plus, that's multiplied in effect that the sender is always a real person. And if we can, that person actually is a speaker or a moderator if it's somebody from our team who is also ready to get all of these auto responses and questions such as, oh, will there be a recording? Well, on to the next channel, organic LinkedIn. We really leverage a lot organic LinkedIn and we have company page posts, we have employee posts, and we always use LinkedIn Events. I think it's an underutilized feature by many marketers, but for us, LinkedIn event is always one of the top three sources for organic social submissions. So make sure to create a LinkedIn event for not just your in person ones, but also for the webinars. People do click on that link. Let's move on to the paid LinkedIn. Apart from organic, we also do boost and sponsor some of the posts. Of course, our audience is highly curated, all the target accounts, and we run thought leadership ads for them. So we turn those organic posts into thought leadership ads. By the way, single image ads, perform best. LinkedIn events ads as well. And, the key secret ingredient here is also targeting all registered ICP companies. So, not removing them, but actually keeping the ads and changing it up a little bit the format because it increases the sign ups within that account. And if you work with large scale deals, you know this is very important to boost and increase the contacts within your accounts. And last but not least is our personal outreach. We do not push our commercial teams too much when it comes to virtual events, promotion, but they always get, the templates or who... What to write, how to invite, both for CSMs and ease. But the key here, the secret ingredient is suggesting not just the copy, but also who to invite. And that is a list of accounts who have maybe mentioned that topic in their past conversations. Call recordings, email communication that's registered in your CRM is really helpful. And Slack notifications for who has already signed up are really nice because it's like an instant gratification that you send out the invite and here that person is signing up and everybody in the company can see it. And that's it. Thank you so much, Alexandra. Thanks a lot. We really appreciate that insight. And speaking of LinkedIn, if you haven't already, definitely go follow Alexandra. Her link to her LinkedIn is in the chat for everyone. Wonderful. Well, I... This has been very exciting, and the Goldies are naturally on their way. So we wanna thank you to everyone who has tuned in to celebrate. So for next, we have category five. So now we're looking at the best of the best, the full platform, story to recognize our customer of the year. Alright, everyone. Let's see who is nominated. And now to announce the winner of this category, here is their customer success manager, Chris. By definition, the Goldie's customer of the year award is a culmination of all the components that go into an organization's successful use of Goldcast to power their webinar program This year's winner as an organization hosts over a thousand real webinars annually between their customer success and marketing teams Their usage includes product update briefings, an ongoing CS series known as Connect for Success and their flagship many session webinar entitled Dev Days. Even though my main points of contact are 100% Goldcast power users at this point, they prefer that we meet every two weeks to ensure that they are up to speed on product updates and beta programs, proving further that even when you are doing great, you can always aspire to learn more. If that's not the gold standard of a customer of the year, I don't know what is. It is my pleasure to announce the 2026 Goldie customer of the year award to Blackbaud. Welcome, Congratulations to the Blackbaud team, and we would love to invite Emily and David from the Blackbaud team here in the crowd up on stage. David. Welcome, Emily. How are you both? Doing? great. Thank you, Caleb. Thank you, Emily. It's an honor. We're happy to have you today. And, thank you to Chris for being our third cohost in in this series at the Goldies today too. So, Emily, David, my question for you all today, what's the one workflow or integration that ties your whole event motion together? Yeah. So, I mean, for us, it's less about a single integration, and it's more about the ecosystem that we've built around Goldcast. For us at Blackbaud, we start with a repeatable event framework. We customize it for the audience and the objectives. We deliver the experience, and then we use what we learn, to shape our follow-up on our next event. So from a customer success perspective, that continuity is really valuable. It helps, us turn individual events into ongoing customer engagements with every program building on the last. Yeah. And to David's point, our events can look really different, but we're not reinventing the wheel every time. Having that foundation really means that we can spend less time rebuilding processes and more time creating better experiences for our audiences. And as marketers, we all know that we are constantly trying new ideas. We're bringing new ideas to the Goldcast team, to Chris, sharing candid feedback, and really working together as a team to continue evolving the experience. And it's that balance of consistency and flexibility that's been really valuable to us. So thank you to the whole Goldcast team for this recognition and, obviously, most importantly, the partnership. We are so grateful. That's two. Thank you, David. Thank you, Emily. That is so helpful, and it is truly a balance. We appreciate the insight. And, of course, thank you to Chris as well, our unofficial third host for sure. So next, we are on to our AI Innovation Award with you, Caleb. For this next award, our nominees are experts at using Goldcast AI in a real production workflow. They're saving more time and increasing measurable output too. Alright. I would love to see a drum roll in the chat. Throw whatever gifts to get... To lead up to, of course, our congratulations to our Sophos team. We're so excited to award you this Goldie. And here you can see a quote shared from their customer success partner, Taylor Field. Congratulations to the Sophos team, and, of course, Taylor as being their treasure partner from the CSM team as well. Now we'll go over to our third and final marketer of the year tip. Thanks, Emily. We've got our final Marketer of the Year moment to share with you all. As a reminder, our twenty twenty six Marketers of the Year join us from Yext, Pixels, and Ramp. Now we've already heard from Chris from Ramp and Alexandra from Pixels, so please put your hands together and give it up for Logan from Yext. Logan, come on up and join us. No pressure being the last one. No. Not at all. Last but certainly not least, congratulations, Logan. We appreciate you taking the time today to to share some tips, with us. We are looking for some insight on video content strategy. Could you share with the crowd today? Yeah. Absolutely. I'll wait until my little slide pops up here that I think is coming up. But, we we started with, like, the impossible task that we heard from our leadership team where they're basically like, you're doing so many great things with your events, with our events, with the video content, posting them on LinkedIn, and posting them in all these other places. What else can we do? I'm sure that everyone else hears that from their leadership team of what else can you do. So what we actually did is we started to lean into YouTube, and we started interviewing subject matter experts to create how to and informational videos on certain queries that we want people to find the x for. So whether that's things like what is an MCP, how to use AI, how can marketers use AI in their overall workflows, etcetera. And we use the Gold Class platform to, take those clips that we had from our events or through recording studio and actually create those videos that answer... Oh, I can't talk. Sorry, guys. To answer specific questions. So what we actually found is that by doing these, videos and posting these on YouTube, YouTube videos became our second highest citation source for queries we're tracking after our website. So before we were doing that, we were missing a total of a bunch of different, ways that people could find us. And now we're seeing that these YouTube education videos are an entirely different way for people to find our content. And, shout out to our our team who's also here from the content side, but, we are almost always being found over our competitors, which is a big one. So I would say, like, the key takeaway is start with the question that people are asking, let an expert from your team answer it on camera, and then the citations follow after that. Congrats again, Logan. Thank you so much for that insight. Definitely agree with you, and I love the use of the different, media platforms as well in terms of your team utilizing those. So thank you so much for that, and it was very, very helpful. Congrats again. Alright. And now we're on to our final category for the Gold East twenty twenty six. We are celebrating the event of the year for the single flagship moment done right. Big attendance, big engagement, big production, bigger business outcome. Let's see who might take home the gold. And the moment we've all been waiting for, the winner is FTI Consulting. Congratulations. Amy, can you join us up on stage? Sure can. Thanks for the nomination, Goldcast, and and, thanks for for letting us win. This is so exciting. So much strategy, planning, all that goes in, to this event. So thanks to Taylor, and my FTI Early Talent team. We hire 50% of our summer internship class from this particular event. And so one piece of advice I would give, to someone doing something on this scale would be really just to utilize Goldcast, and all of the different engagement tools that you all have. Taylor's always so good about telling us about the reactions feature or hyping up the chat, bringing the energy, and Goldcast really does, allow us to have such a fun event, at this... Such a large scale. So so thank you. Really appreciate it. Thank you so much, Amy, and congratulations to you and the FTI Consulting team. I promise everyone that was not a plant from us. That was a real live feedback from Amy on, what is one planning detail not to skip. So thank you again, Amy. And that officially brings us to the end of the Gold East twenty twenty six. Caleb, what an event. Emily, truly, what an event is right. We opened by saying that these aren't just trophies, and I think our winners delivered on that. Reich showed us what happens when you commit to a series for the long haul. Blackbaud showed us what a full platform events motion looks like. Intuit walked us through the numbers that got sales' attention. Rubrik proved a webinar doesn't have to feel like a webinar. Great Place to Work turned one event into a whole content machine. Sophos showed us AI doing real work in a real workflow, and FTI Consulting reminded us which planning decisions to never skip. And a huge thank you to our marketers of the year from Yext, Pixels, AnRamp, Chris, Alexandra, and Logan for sharing those tips with us. If you even took... Took away one idea from today, please go try it this week. And as you all know from hosting your own events, we have to take a moment to thank our production team who is backstage behind the scenes today. Thank you to our Goldcast production team for all of your work in this event too. And to every nominee and every winner, thank you for the work you do and for being so generous with what you've learned. And to everyone who tuned in, thank you for spending your hour with us. And our last few quick housekeeping notes before we go, we've dropped the upcoming events page in the chat, so grab to see what's next. And we wanna give a special shout out to Cvent Connect Europe that's coming up soon and the Event Marketers Club, our community for event marketers, and you can find both of those links in the chat. And don't forget, the engagement opportunities go on. We've put together spotlight PDFs from each nominee where you can look at the success of their event programs and learn more about what works. So be sure to spend some time under the docs tab today. Congratulations again to all of the twenty twenty six Goldie's winners. We'll keep making those great events that drive pipeline and win that mind share. Thanks for joining us, and we will see you next you. next year, everyone.
