Transcript for "The B2B Marketer's Guide to Event-Led Growth": Hi, everybody. Welcome to the b to b partner's guide to event led growth, and thanks again for taking an hour out of your day to be here with us. I'm gonna we're gonna do some speaker intros before we jump right in, but would love to see where everyone's joining in from. My favorite part of the webinar is just kind of seeing how global our webinars usually get. So we've got Rhode Island. I'm joining it just North of Boston. And and Kate, where are you? So I am based out of the Cvent HQ. So we are in Tysons Corner, Virginia where it is currently snowing. So is crazy. yeah. We've got New Mexico, Austin, Texas. We've got California in the house. Awesome. Let's keep that coming in. I'd love to see. So speaker intros. My name is Kelly Chang. I am the CMO at Goldcast, which is now part of cvent. So exciting. I've been in b to b marketing for the last fifteen ish years, and I've spent the four and a half building and marketing at Goldcast, has been extremely fun and rewarding. And I'll pass it over to Kate to do a quick intro. Great. Thanks, Kelly. So I am the CMO of Splash and a VP of marketing here at Cvent. Splash was acquired last year or actually in 2024 2024. So I've been at Cvent for eighteen months. I also started my career here as a field marketer, so cut my teeth in events, in marketing, and now full circle being back with this team and here with you today. Awesome. Alright. So we've got some slides, and we also have a live demo today. So we're gonna walk you through, you know, how the Cvent Event Cloud has evolved, which is pretty significantly and, something, you know, much bigger than, you know, most of our customers actually realize. So most importantly, we're gonna address, you know, what this actually means for you as a marketer. But before we dive in, just a little bit of housekeeping just because it always comes up in every single webinar. This session is being recorded, and it's gonna be sent to all registrants tomorrow afternoon. So keep an eye out for that. There is a Q and A tab on the right hand side on the panel. So drop your questions in that tab or in the chat. I'll keep an eye on the questions. And if it's relevant to what we're talking about, I'll address them live. But we'll also have about fifteen minutes at the end to address all of your questions. And then I also scheduled a couple of polls throughout the session. I want to make this super interactive. I want this to be a conversation and see how this information is landing with all of you. So keep an eye out for polls that become live. Alright. So our agenda today, we're gonna start with the macro moment and, you know, take a quick look at why events, and, you know, authentic content matters more than ever in this, you know, age of AI. Then we're gonna spend about five minutes on the problem, you know, specifically what's holding most event programs back from driving real pipeline. Let me know in the chat if that's what your your number is pipeline. A lot of marketers are. And from there, we're gonna jump right into the part where I know many of you are here for, Goldcast Events and Content Lab. If this is your first Goldcast Events event, welcome. Excited to hear your feedback and what you think about this experience. But I'm gonna do a live demo so you can see exactly how AI content repurposing with our content lab actually works. And after that, we'll zoom back out and show you the rest of the event ecosystem and the marketer specific tools that are newer to the platform. And then we'll close with some key takeaways in about fifteen minutes for q and a. Alright. So the problem that we're in, before we get tactical, I'm gonna zoom out and talk about the macro moment and what's happening in b to b marketing right now. I actually have a video that I'm gonna play, so, let's let's hit it. 95% of your audience is not actively shopping at any moment. But when they are, they already have a shortlist in hand. If you're not on it, then you have lost the game anyway. Why? Because the buyer journey has changed. Traditional demand gen methods that rely heavily on intense signals and bottom up funnel tactics, they don't simply work anymore just by themselves. Buyers today don't wait for a sales call to learn about your brand. They form opinions long before you realize they are in the market. This is why winning mindshare is becoming the foundation of modern marketing. Mindshare marketing is the strategic approach of capturing your audience's attention and staying top of mind by consistently delivering valuable and engaging content that helps build trust and reinforces brand authority. Tactics in place for mindshare that we at GoCast believe in are leveraging video to amplify your reach and boost engagement because you're only as relevant as your last piece of good content or your last campaign. Consistency across channels. Your customers are hanging out across different channels, and having a consistent repeated touchpoint with them is super important. Create value and not noise. Creating content is not enough. In fact, that's very easy today in the world of AI. It has to be relevant, insightful, and useful for your target audience. Leverage the power of AI to increase efficiency. That's the best way to empower a small creative team and boost their output. Continuously measure and optimize. Learn what really works with your audience and change accordingly. Brands that win, they don't just show up. They stand out consistently and repeatedly educating, entertaining, and engaging their audience. Thank you, Palash. That was Palash Soni, our CEO and founder at Goldcast Events. So over the last two years, I have spoken to so many marketing leaders and marketers that identify with this mind share challenge. Let me know if in the chat if that also identifies with you. But AI has fundamentally changed the content landscape. Your buyers' inboxes are flooded with AI generated outreach, cold emails, generic blog posts. My new favorite is, AI generated, LinkedIn comments. Those are always funny to see. And our buyers can smell it from a mile away. Like, they can sniff that out. And only 5% of your buyers are act actually actively in market buying at any given time. But 100% of them are forming opinions. They're consuming content. They're watching what you put out. They're deciding who they trust long before they actually end up on your website filling out that demo request form. Companies that are winning right now are creating authentic content for real conversations. And events make up roughly 34% of that average corporate marketing program spend. And the investment is there. Like, 34% out of your marketing budget is a lot. So the question is, are you getting your full return? Let me know if you in the chat, if you think you are getting your full return, and I'll definitely hit you up on LinkedIn and hear more about what you're doing. Events should be your single biggest competitive advantage. They produce high like, really, really high impact authentic moments that AI cannot replicate. But for most organizations, they're leaving 90% of that value on the table. So let's talk about what's actually broken in most event programs. 81 of event programs operate with fragmented or incomplete data flows. Let that sink in for a minute. That's eight out of 10 event programs are running with broken pipes somewhere in their data infrastructure. Only 19%, that's less than one in five, are actually fully integrated with their marketing automation or CRM systems. And really think about what this means for your organizations. If you're running events and probably really, really good events, your team is putting in the work, but your signals are getting stuck. Those intense signals that we all love and pay so much money for are getting stuck. So first is the fragmented view. You've got one tool for in person events, virtual, another one for webinars. That's three different systems, three different data sets, and there's no unified picture for your audience. Let me know if you identify with this. Second is lost signals. Those high intent moments that happen at these events, the person who asked great question in the q and a, the person who stayed for the entire session, the person who visited, you know, three different booths in your in your event, those signals never make it to your sales team in a usable way. They're stuck in spreadsheets. You're maybe keeping track of them, but they're not actionable. They're in batch scans. They're in your reps inboxes, which is not helpful. And third, and this one's personal to me, is the content graveyard. Your marquee event contains some of your brand's most high value, high effort content. Your CEO keynote, your customer panel, your product deep dive. And that's what happens. And what happens to that content after the event, and so many marketers I've talked to actually identify with this, is that it goes into a shared drive and it dies. There it sits on a shelf and it, collects dust. And that's a massive underleveraged asset. And fourth is the manual bottleneck. So if you are repurposing content, you may be stuck in manual processes that are very, very, very time consuming. So when teams try to repurpose these, you know, event content pieces, it could take weeks of manual work, just finding the right clips and writing the posts and formatting them for different channels. It's a full time job that most teams just don't have the bandwidth for. It's funny. I surveyed maybe two years ago marketers who are doing content repurposing from webinars, but manually. It takes about five rewatches for a webinar to actually identify those those time stamps of what you want to clip up. If your webinar is an hour long, that's five hours of just rewatching the same content over and over again. So think about that inefficiency here. And so the content dies, the signals leak, and you're left wondering why your events aren't driving more pipeline. So what if there's a way to unify all of your events? In person, virtual, hybrid, all into one connected system that also turns events into a content machine? That's exactly what we're going to show you and, you know, and starting with the piece that solves the content graveyard problem. So I'm actually gonna hand it off to Kate now to talk about the total event engine. Awesome. Thanks, Kelly. And if you're reading those I mean, those stats are pretty impactful. If you're a marketer saying, gosh. I'm dealing with leakage, that just means you're a marketer. I think we're all experiencing ways that we can improve our pipe and, you know, improve our programming. So don't be discouraged if you feel like you are one of those marketers experiencing those issues. We got you. But first, I'm gonna walk through the Cvent Event Cloud ecosystem and show you what's possible when tools work together. And I'm not gonna spend too much time on this because you already know the Cvent core platform. This is why you're a Cvent customer today. But I want you to think about this as the backbone of your total event program. The part that quietly makes everything else that we will talk about today possible. So, you know, first, event management and registration. Your end to end engine for planning, attendee management, making sure you have your branded websites and the communications reporting. This is all the system of record for who's coming, what they're doing, and how it performed. Then you have your venue sourcing and unique venues. We need the right hotel for the off-site or field activation, you know, or the the right unique venue for networking. You're using Cvent to find it, compare options, and then contract with confidence. On-site solutions. So here's your badging, your check-in, session access, managing walk ins, the operational side that determines whether event day feels smooth and professional or stressful and manual. And this is what makes you look buttoned up in front of your stakeholders. Then there's attendee hub and our attendee app. So this is our engagement layer, powering virtual and hybrid delivery, and then giving our in person attendees a mobile command center for their agenda, how they're networking, content, and alerts. Then there's surveys and feedback, post event surveys, NPS, sentiment analysis. So every event makes the next one smarter and stronger from an ROI standpoint. And now, Sieve and IQ. This is our AI layer. So turning all of that activity that we have in all types of events into insights, recommendations, and engagement scoring so you can prioritize the follow-up, personalize the experiences, and improve your impact. So this is the core and the foundation that you're already building on, and all of that platform power rolls up into one view of your event led growth engine. So giving marketers like yourself a connected channel from big tent poles all the way down to the smallest field touch point. What a lot of our customers don't realize is how far the ecosystem has expanded beyond this, especially for marketers. So rather than walking you through every additional capability before we get into the fun part, we're gonna jump straight into the piece that you're here for, the one that you're most excited about, how Goldcast Events plugs into this platform and helps turn every event into an always on video and content that drives pipeline. Kelly, take it away. Awesome. Thanks, Kate. So ContentLab. So what ContentLab does is it transforms your webinars and your digital events and podcasts into multi format content automatically. And I'm gonna walk you through what this actually means. With AI generated clips, you can upload your event recording, and the AI identifies the most compelling moments and suggests clips for you. So you don't have to, like I mentioned before, rewatch five times and scrub for the good parts. The AI does that for you. We have AI generate social posts. These are ready to publish posts for LinkedIn, for X, for YouTube, written from your actual content and in your brand voice, not from generic templates. There's blog summaries and blog posts. So full blog drafts pulled from your event content, It's not a transcript. It's actually written with insights. It's structured blog posts that your team can review and publish. Again, that human element of reviewing and publish is super important. AI is a great support to help get started. But I'm a big believer of making sure that there's that human element to it as well. We can use AI to generate email snippets. These are ready to use email content from your sessions that you can drop straight into your nurture sequences, straight to your sales team to follow-up with their prospects. We also have built in branding. This is your brand kit, your colors and fonts and logos that are applied automatically to every single asset that you create in ContentLab. So your design team doesn't have to touch it. So we're big, big supporters of empowering the marketer and empowering the marketing team to do it yourself. And a lot of the times, teams are happy to not have to work on these really, really tiny projects like adding fonts and logos, etcetera. And there is the seamless distribution across channel. So you can export all these assets to then distribute it across all the different channels on your website, on your social channels, etcetera. The keyword in all this is automatically. This isn't a tool where you upload a video and then you spend three hours editing and formatting and upload, download, upload, download. And the AI just does the heavy lifting for you, your team, and you review it, approve, and publish. So what makes this really concrete is that you can see the scale of what we're talking about. A sixty minute webinar can go into ContentLab, and what comes out is eight to 12 video clips. You could create 15 or more social posts that you can, you know, flood your your, you know, monthly calendar with. You could have a full summary blog post that can help with your AEO and GEO and SEO. Three to five email snippets so your content is always fresh and that your sales team can also use in their nurturing. LinkedIn carousel posts that you can also use across your brand. And if you look in comparison before ContentLab, this type of output from a single webinar could take your team two to three weeks. Somebody has to rewatch the recording, like I mentioned before, find those highlights, write the copy, format the clip, apply the branding, get approvals, all that, you know you know the drill. But with ContentLab, you know, that's, you know, thirty minutes maximum. That's not thirty hours. It's thirty minutes maximum. And in weeks, not in minutes, not weeks, a team of three can genuinely output like a team of 30. And I wanna be clear that it's not just a tagline. This is what our customers are actually experiencing. And, you know, I'll show you, you know, a testimonial from them in in just one minute. But before I go further, I'm gonna actually stop the slide share right now and go into a live demo, which is always a little scary. And I'm really, really blessed to be able to do live demos myself and not have to rely on a solutions engineer That kind of shows you how easy ContentLab is to use. But starting the live demo piece of it. And feel free to chime in in the chat or ask questions throughout. I'm monitoring that pretty closely. This is our Content Lab homepage within the Goldcast Events platform. And what you see here is a curated homepage for you with ready to go video clips for you to use. This is based off of my profile and the company and brand I set up in my profile. So as a marketing leader, it shows me, enterprise, webinar strategy, frameworks, leadership methodology. These are all AI AI organized, specifically that might be important for me. So, you know, just from the get go, you have a ton to work with when it comes to video. And also really important to note is that all of your if you do run your webinars on Goldcast Events, your recordings will automatically get moved over to ContentLab. But if you do not use Goldcast Events as a webinar platform, but you have a great Zoom recording or, you know, another video recording or in person video recording of an event, you can upload that recording just, you know, through here. And it'll process that video in in maybe ten, fifteen minutes, and you'd be able to repurpose that, using the AI. But for the demo purposes, I'm gonna show you a video our video library. So these are all of the videos that we have in here. We run a lot of webinars. I'm gonna go into a specific webinar so you can see what that interface looks like. So if I jump into a recording, automatically, what you'll see is a transcript. That's the full transcript that I can actually download in different formats if I needed to. But what you can do here to get started is you can create clips. So if I click on this button right here, I say create clip. There's two ways to create clips. You can create a clip using the AI generation, which the AI just goes through the transcript and identifies the most engaging part so you don't actually have to do it yourself. Or if I know the content really well and I know what's being spoken about and I know specific trigger keywords that I want to create clips around, I can, you know, go through the transcript, search for it. Let's search for a particular section that I wanted to pull out. You can search and imagine if you can search for, you know, your company name. If you have a customer panel and someone saying really great things about your organization, you can find it specifically and, you know, highlight. Let's see. Let's highlight from here. Highlight the transcript. And right from there, I can say, let's create a clip. And in seconds, that clip is gonna show up in my clips folder. Alright. So there it is. This is the clip that I just created. Super easy. Right? I don't have to upload or download anything. I don't need to use Adobe or anything fancy like that. I'm just a marketer with no video background. From here, I can go ahead and start editing this. And so there's many different ways to edit. We really recently featured, something called AI edit agents agents. And this is the tab right here. I'm gonna zoom in a little bit so you can see. If you click on the AI, edits button, there's many ways for you to get started. But imagine that this is just like ChatGPT or Claude where you're just chatting with it, and the video gets edited based off of what you're asking for it to do. So what I'm gonna say is this is a post that I wanna post on LinkedIn. So I'm just gonna use one of these preset prompts that we have in the system and just say optimize for LinkedIn. And so what the agent's doing now is that it's it's going through my request, and it's going to start working and confirming, the edits that I want made. So give it a couple minutes. So as it says, I will start editing the video as requested, and you can see all the different, steps in the workflow from the agent, that it's going through here. And for the purposes of the demo, I'm not going to spend too much time waiting for it to edit. This might take a couple of minutes. I actually did this exact same edit, thirty minutes ago. So you can see that, I think, right over here. Yeah. This is the one this is the the edit that I did. So this is the end result of just the AI edited video. I did not touch it. I just asked AI to help me edit it. And so here, you can see all these different things. It added different taglines. It added music, zoom in and zoom outs. And so let's actually see what AI created. Right. So you get kind of the gist on, you know, how it's edited, and it's pretty good. One thing I wanna call out, you see it says b two b campaign here. I'm gonna highlight that that in the transcript, and I'm gonna correct it. And I'm gonna say b two b. And then I have the option to correct all of it. So I don't have to do it every single time b two b shows up in the transcript. It's going to just automatically apply to all of the places where that, shows up. So if you have a brand that often gets misspelled with AI, this is a great tool. You can see that it's applied over here as well and over here. Pretty good, I would say, from just, you know, not having to edit anything myself from using AI to do it. Let's say I wanted to make it a little bit more on brand. I can specify this, you know, the the font, the captions. If I want it word for word or line by line, I could, you know, change up, you know, if there's an outline that I wanna show, the animation of how it shows up. You know, there's many things that I can change up in the actual video. It's it's like a drag and drop simplicity. If I wanted overlay images or videos, I can actually upload them, from from here, and just, you know, add it on there onto the video. If I wanted to change the layout, if this is a square, if I wanted it vertical, super easy, I could do that. And, you know, if I wanted to reposition so our speaker is centered, I could do that also, all without, you know, having to leave the platform. Down here, I wanna call out. You can see all the different edits that AI had made. Once AI had created these these edits, I can actually manually go in and delete things if I wanted to or change things up. So, for example, it added this this background music. I can replace it if I wanted to if this isn't the right fit. I can change the volume. I can add in fade in and fade out fade outs. So there's a lot that you can do to make your video much more advanced than just like a simple AI created video. Another thing I want to call out is end cards and intro cards. Many brands use intro and outro videos. You can obviously add those in in Goldcast Events, ContentLab, and apply them super easily. So then, you know, everything is super on brand. And once you're ready to go, you can hit the share button. You can share this with your team, with the share link, and you can also download it directly. And let's say that this is a clip that I like a lot and I want to create a social media post with. I can go back to my clips folder on my little hamburger menu. I can say, let's generate a social post. And from there, it's gonna go through that clip transcript and write out a social media post, that's based off of the insights in that video. So here it is. That's this is the social media post. And, let me know if you ever are a victim of AI generated copy, and it sounds very generic. And so we have a solution for that as well. And so we have this feature called, brand voice, where you can create a brand voice for your business or for yourself or for your leader, thought leader in your company. You can upload brand guidelines in PDF format, or you can just copy and paste some sample copy. So if you go to your company website's blog post or a product page, you can just copy that, you know, copy text and paste it in here. For demo purposes, I'm gonna I I had some copy generated in the tone of Snoop Dogg, So then we can easily see what that brand voice looks like. So if you hit save, you can add multiple assets for recognizing brand voice. It's going to start analyzing that that copy that I shared and create a brand voice profile. So I actually did this earlier. This is what happens after it's analyzed. It identifies key tone and voice attributes, and different writing rules based off of that writing sample that I provided. So this is Snoop Dogg's writing, brand voice. And, if I wanted to let's go back. Change that brand voice into that Snoop Dogg brand voice, it's gonna rewrite that post Same insights, but just changing the tone and voice of, the copy. Here we go. Give it another second before it shows up. I'm very curious to see how it talks about influencer marketing, and I'll definitely send this over to Snoop Dogg. Alright. Yo. Check it out, fam. There it is. So this is Snoop Dogg talking about b to b influencer marketing. Let's send that over to him. Okay. So that is, social media, but there's many other ways to use ContentLab as well. You can create blog posts. You can, you know, prompt it with a different tone of voice and a specific prompt if you want to highlight any SEO keywords, etcetera, based off of, the entire recording. This is a sample one. It also has, clips throughout. So we call this multimodal media, which includes text and video, which rank really, really well on Google. There is an email use case where you can create nurture emails for your marketing database. Or you could specify and create using a prompt for your post event webinar. If you want to write an email to your attendees or people that did not attend, you can customize and specify in the prompt. We use this a lot internally at Goldcast Events as key takeaways. After each and every single webinar, we generate a key takeaways post so everyone in the organization on the sales team has an understanding of what was discussed in the webinar and, can follow-up with the attendees, with something actionable and valuable. And then there's also this custom piece, which is, the beautiful part of ContentLab, where you can create anything that you want based off of any prompt. And so if it was a customer panel and there was a great customer call out with a customer story, you can actually prompt it to structure your outputs to be a customer case study. And that's very close to ready to publish after approval from the customer, obviously. And so that is the ContentLab interface. A few other things I want to cover off on is let's see. There's so many different tabs here. All right. So I'm going to go back to the home page of ContentLab. And let's go back to the video that I created. We have a video library, and I have a video that I created here. This one this video that I created. We have a there's a new use case here for those marketers that are very tuned in on AEO and GEO. You can download SEO assets for those webinars. So it, you know, provides automatically the transcript and the metadata to let your video be more discoverable by search engines and also large learning models. So if you download these assets, you can send them over to your web team so they can attach it to wherever the video appears. But back to the home page of ContentLab. The one last piece I'll talk about before bringing it back to the presentation is AI search. Say you have a whole library of videos like we do here at Goldcast Events. We have so many videos in here. And you're looking to search for something not just from one specific specific video, but maybe from a few different ones. So let's just say I want to search for clips. And I can even say, you know, create a social post or create a blog post. But for for the demo purposes, I'll say, I want to create clips from multiple video assets that I have, like search across them so I get the best clip I can get about a specific topic, influencer marketing tips. Oh, okay. And then if I search for that, it's gonna start analyzing my videos. We have a big library, so it might take a minute, which is why I did this earlier. But what it's gonna do is it's gonna look for any mention of influencer marketing and the insights of their transcripts and pull up recordings that actually talk about this. And so in my video library, I have 27 recordings that actually address influencer marketing. And so it can create content for all 27. Or if I just specifically want something that I already know, you know, I want to pull from, I can select those individually and generate from those those those specific recordings. And then the same process happens where it comes through that the transcript of each of those recordings and pulls out relevant clips about influencer marketing from each of those recordings that I specified. So that's another great way to, say, curate a YouTube library, for in a specific topic that you want to address. And if you want to help your thought leader in your organization come up with social media posts about a specific topic and pair it with clips, this is also a great way to get started. All right. Any of any questions from the audience about the demo? I don't see anything in the chat. All right. So that is the demo. Let's go back to our presentation. Eight. Okay. So I hope you enjoyed that demo of ContentLab. We see three different categories of return from customers that are using the full Cvent Event Cloud system. First is brand, you know, 10 x ing your content reach. When you repurpose every event into dozens of high quality assets, you're putting authentic content in front of your audience consistently, not just during the event, but for weeks and months afterwards. And this is the key differentiator. This is content your competitors literally cannot replicate because they weren't in the room. They don't have your speakers. They don't have your customers and your experts on camera. Second is pipeline. You can three times your pipeline from events. When your event engagement signals who attended, how long they stayed, what questions they asked, what content they engage with. And those signals actually reach your sales team in real time with context and scoring. And the follow-up is personalized and timely. And it converts dramatically higher than a generic thanks for attending email three days later. Third is efficiency. 90% of time saved on content repurposing. What used to take a dedicated person on a team two to three weeks now happens in thirty minutes or less. A team of 30 people three people can actually produce the output of, you know, a team 30, like I mentioned before. For resource constrained marketing teams, which is, you know, honestly, most of us these days, this really is transformative. You know, I if I could have a dollar every time someone said do more with less, this is actually how you can do more with less. And don't just take my word for it. You know, the best marketing teams and marketers from companies like OpenAI and Uber and Workday and Anthropic and ClickUp and Intercom Intercom and LG and Hootsuite, like these great brands and great marketers, they're seeing real world impact in repurposing their event content with AI. This is from weeks to minutes. And that's that's the real world impact that can have on you today. So that's what Goldcast and ContentLab bring to the table. And I'm gonna hand it back over to Kate now to show you the rest of the marketer tools that are newer to the CVent ecosystem. Awesome. Thanks, Kelly. As someone who has reviewed webinars five plus times for content, the power of Goldcast and ContentLab is truly game changing. So let me zoom out now and show you the full picture because that's not the only new capability. Oh, we've got I wrote ahead here. That's not the only cape new capability in the Cvent platform. Over the past couple of years, Cvent has built and acquired purpose built tools for specific event use cases that marketers deal with every day. So splash. Hopefully, of you have heard of splashes. We've been in the family for over a year now. Brand forward registration experiences. So if you're running field events, your dinners, roundtables, executive act activations, the registration page is your first impression. And Splash lets you build beautiful on brand experiences that match the quality of the event itself. And this isn't your standard event website. It's designed specifically for the marketer who is brand forward. Cvent essentials. So this is a simplified event management tool for field marketing teams. So not every event needs the full power of the enterprise cVent feature set. Your field teams need to spin up a dinner for 30 people in two days. Essentials gives them what they need without that learning curve. Jifle now. So this is our one to one meeting scheduling at events. So if you're running a conference or attending trade shows, you need to get in touch with the team and hear more about this tool. This is where you wanna facilitate meetings between your sales team or your customer team and attendees. Jifle now handles that scheduling, the reminders, the logistics of all your one on one meetings, and hosted buyer programs. Okay. ICapture. So this is trade show lead capture. Picture your team on the expo floor or in the hallways. How do you capture that data from conversations that your team is having? So iCapture makes it easy to capture and qualify leads on the spot and push them into your CRM. And then, of course, we have Goldcast for digital events, webinars, and virtual experiences, and, of course, ContentLab for those AI powered video content repurposing opportunities that all marketers need to put into use in 2026 and beyond. And now you've gotten a chance to see that in action. So each of these tools is purpose built for that need to get the most ROI from your total event program. And together, they give you a complete coverage for every type of event in your portfolio. So from your biggest annual conference to the 20 person executive dinner, your weekly webinar series, or capturing those moments in the hallway one to one. Alright. And from let me show you now why all of this matters. So from a strategic standpoint, because this isn't about having just more tools, it's about what happens when all of these tools are connected. So we feel it deeply as marketers. Event technology is a critical piece of the Martech stack. And as we know, your events are generating incredibly rich signals, attendance data, engagement depth, intense signals, buying stage indicators, relationship history, you know, data that's gonna inform your fit scoring. No other marketing channel gives you this accuracy and density of signal. So then these signals flow into Cvent and Cvent IQ, which interprets and unifies and enriches them in real time. This is the intelligence layer that makes sense of everything that's happening across your event portfolio. And then that enriched data flows into your core systems. So whether that's your marketing automation system, your CRM, your business intelligence tools, this is the sort of choose your own adventure part as your organization decides what system is the is the best to connect your marketing, sales, and revenue teams in and every and the ones that they live in every single day. And then from there, all of this data is gonna power your next best action, which is the name of the game for us as marketers. How do we, across our go to market teams, marketing, sales, customer success, revenue operations, customer marketing, community? How do we know the accurate first party insight we need to move forward and what that best choice is for that individual prospect? So now you have that insight like you never have before. And this is the flywheel. Better insights leading to better personalization, that better personalization leading to better events, but also a faster escalation of the relationship and a stronger relationship. And then better events are gonna continue to generate better signals, and your loop begins to compound as your go to market scales. So when you have the whole ecosystem working together from essentials, you know, event registration to Goldcast Events capturing digital engagement to ContentLab repurposing on the back end to Cvent iQ connecting it all together for you, you're capturing and activating every ounce of value from every single event you run. And that is what we are calling the total event engine. And then you take it across every single event program that you're running from the fields to the halls of the trade show to the booth to your annual conference, and now that total event engine is embedded within your total event program. Alright. So let's bring it together with these four takeaways. Kelly, I'm gonna do the beginning, and then you can you can share the the latter part of this because I'm really excited about number one. Events are content engines. And like Kelly showed you, you know, they're not just gatherings or a moment in time. The authentic moments that you're capturing at events, whether it's the unscripted conversation or the expert insights, the customer stories, they can't be replicated by AI, and that is your competitive moat. So with the Content Lab, you can now scale that content across every channel, and you're gonna see how this fuels other parts of your go to market in a really authentic way. And in the age of AI, that is, you know, definitely the name of the game. And then number two, the Sieben Event Cloud is gonna unify all your events in person, virtual, hybrid, field, digital, all of them feeding connected data into Sieben IQ Intelligence. So no more fragmented tools and siloed data. You can truly take action and not just prove ROI, but also accelerate across channels. Thanks, Kate. And number three, AI makes repurposing at scale possible for any team. What took weeks can now take minutes with ContentLab, and you don't need a team of 30 or an army of freelancers to produce, you know, with that. And we actually asked a question in the polls. Share that. Alright. We asked, how is your team repurposing event content today? Most people are doing this manually. So there's a real opportunity to get started with AI and, you know, upload some videos in the Content Lab. On the on the event here, there is a button that's you know, to the left corner of the chat, says try ContentLab. It's like a white button. If you click on that button, it'll take you to a place where you can sign up for ContentLab for free. This is a free forever product. So every month, you're allotted sixty minutes of free video content that you can upload. That's you know, if you have a monthly webinar, that's sixty minutes. It's a year of webinars that you can repurpose. So try it out. You know, let me know if you have any feedback on on your experience with ContentLab. But that's something that you can get started with today. Since I see many of us are still manually writing clip editing clips and writing posts by hand. And there's an opportunity here to really, really use AI to repurpose at scale. Alright. Let's go back to the slide. Number four here is that the companies that are winning Mindshare in 2026 and beyond are the ones that have a total event strategy. It's not just a conference strategy or a webinar strategy, but a total event ecosystem that's powered by a full platform like Cvent. So as a Cvent customer, definitely take advantage of everything that you have in, you know, within the ecosystem here. Next steps. So, Kate, you wanna talk about next steps for our Cvent customers? Absolutely. Alright. So from a next steps perspective, you know, we want you to explore ContentLab. So we mentioned the free trial. Make sure that you get in there and use it, you know, and try it. It it's really, as you could see from Kelly's demonstration, very easy to just jump in, play around, and come out with something that, you know, you can push out to your customers. Second thing, let's talk to your CSM about adding Goldcast for your digital events. So as we said, Goldcast also powers webinars, not just about Content Lab. So you can see a demo of Goldcast for yourself and work with your CSM to see how that can play a part in your total event program. And for Goldcast customers, if you are here, it's a great opportunity to learn how Cvent can unify your event in person events with your virtual events data. So if you're using us for webinars and ContentLab already, but you also have an in person, you know, conference strategy, talk to us about how we can expand, your your your visibility and your reach within the Cvent ecosystem by using Cvent tools as well. And, you know, talk to your CSM about Cvent IQ for AI powered event intelligence if that is something that you're interested in. Before we go into q and a, that wraps our content for today. And so we're going to head to Q and A soon. If you're still here in the audience, do go over to the Q and A tab on the very, very right hand side of your right hand panel. You can upvote questions if you'd like. I'm gonna start with the most upvoted ones if we do get any upvotes. But if you have any questions for me or for Kate about Goldcast, about Cvent, please do ask them there. We have a Docs tab that's to the left of the, the q and a tab. If you wanna learn more about Goldcast, learn more about ContentLab, we've got a bunch of different playbooks from our real customers and also from our marketing team of actually applying, you know, ContentLab and AI repurposing into actual use cases. Check those out. But let's let's head into q and a. So I'm gonna post the first question. It looks like all of these questions are about ContentLab. So I will take it away. So the first one is, can I stitch together multiple video clips in ContentLab? So I guess two answers here. First is, if you have a few clips within the same video source, you can do that today. You would just, you know, edit the transcript to, you know, hide certain pieces and extend your transcript to include certain pieces. So that is possible. You can create sort of like a a little recap reel if you'd like from one single video clip source. And soon later this year, we're gonna be releasing AI video reels. So actually being able to do, like, a highlight recap with music and all that, like a hype video for a previous event or video that you have. And stitching together multiple video clips from different video sources, that's a little bit more challenging at this moment. You would you would have to download different clips and, you know, move it into a more advanced video editing system like Adobe to stitch them together. Next question. Can team members collaborate inside ContentLab, or is it single user? At this moment, it is single user for ContentLab. We are working on different team permissions to make it more collaborative with different teams. So at this moment, it is single user only. Question about how does the AI decide which moment to clip? Is it based on engagement data or topic detection? I love this question. As of right now, the AI clips based off of topic detection. So how it works is that it combs through the transcript of the video and ingests it, understands it, and pulls out the most insightful parts. Very interesting thought on pulling in engagement data and clipping it based off engagement data. So we'll definitely chat with our product team about how to make that possible, because I would love to see that. But, yeah, as of as of right now, it is based off of topic detection. Alright. Next question. Does Contentlab support multiple languages for auto generated posts and blogs? It does. So you can translate the captions and the written output into different languages. The actual video portion, like the human spoken piece, will not be dubbed or translated, But the captions can definitely the text output can definitely be translated in in many, many different languages in the system. Okay. Keep your questions coming. Okay. So this one is, how are customers deciding which events are worth repurposing versus which ones aren't? Kate, I'd love your thoughts on this as well. But from, you know, from my perspective and from the customers that I'm I'm speaking to, every single webinar that you are hosting that has an audience is worth repurposing in some shape or form. There are very top of funnel webinars or thought leadership panels, etcetera, that is great for social media. That's a great feeder for mindshare specifically, where you can really flood and own the market when it comes to talking about a specific topic. When you're talking about more middle funnel webinars, like product demos, etcetera. Those are also great to clip up and recap. Because if you have a customer, you know, speaking about a, you know, experience, like, that's great testimonial to have if it's a actual product demo. I personally, as a marketer, love seeing products being demoed on YouTube and on my LinkedIn feed. So there are definitely areas in every single webinar that you're investing in to repurpose. Kate, what are your thoughts here? Any hot takes? Yeah. I mean, I I've seen a lot of customer, and I love this part of it. Even if it's, you know, just to highlight some of the some of the areas that you you didn't. When we think about customers talking, and they might be talking shop and and sharing ideas, and it might not even be something that is directly related to the product, but maybe it's great clips that you could share in your community. So even thinking about, like, all the different modalities that and channels that we have as marketers and then our different, you know, different opportunities to make connections, to network, to share thought leadership. And then, you know, of course, there's all the kind of blocking and tackling that we talk about, you know, getting getting people middle of funnel or bottom of funnel and talking about the product or services that you provide. There's there's golden nuggets in all of these different webinars. And I think when you finally have the tools to easily make clips and push them out on social media or push those into, you know, your community or, you know, share them broadly through other demand channels, it really opens things up. And video is really, like, where it's at now. There's a lot of research that shows that's how people wanna ingest and and take in information. So, you know, we're moving we're seeing a lot of customers move away from, you know, the written blog and leaning into video marketing. Great. Alright. Last question that we have for the day. What is the best way to get started if we're currently doing zero repurposing? Good question. I think best way to get started is to take a look at your webinar strategy, if you have one, and, you know, kind of map out you know, start small. You start with just one. Try ContentLab. There are many, many tools out there, but highly recommend ContentLab. Upload that video into ContentLab and create some video clips and start posting on social media on create a YouTube channel. That's a great way to get started. Another great way to get started is to create some written content from your videos. So if you have a series of videos, say you did a webinar series and you want to repurpose that into a downloadable asset. We've done this a ton at Goldcast Events. If we did like a weekly series for four weeks, like a whole month, that's four hours of content that we can now repurpose into an e book or a guide of some sorts and create that written content, work with our design team to put a PDF together. And there, you have a downloadable asset sourced from really, really great information from a webinar series. So those are two ways that I would get started. Kate, any thoughts on on your end? Yeah. I love to map out, you know, all all the different opportunities that you have to, you know, capture video or how it could also help event promotion. One of the things that I think a lot of the folks who are on this webinar are challenged with, you know, is still getting, you know, getting attendees, getting getting the revenue in the room. And so what are some ways that you can utilize ContentLab or webinars to take snippets to promote your future events? Even just thinking about it from that context is a good, like, first step in order to, you know, start developing content that matters. Great. Alright. So that wraps up our questions for today. Again, thank you so much for spending this hour with us. We really hope this gave you a new perspective on what's possible with c event event cloud, and specifically how Goldcast Events and Content Lab can change the way your team works.
